1) How do I place an order?

It's super easy! Fill out the form titled "Custom Neon Sign Quote" above. Pick a Color, Font, Layout, and Size. We will design your sign, send you a proof to confirm, and then will ship the sign right to your doorstep!

2) How long does shipping take?

Custom signs take 3-5 days for production and approximately 2-3 weeks for shipping.

3) If I want a color other than "white" does that make it more expensive?

No, choose whatever color you want! Colored light does not increase the price. The font and size are what vary the price.

4) I already have a design in mind or photo of my design. Can you provide me with a quote?

Absolutely. Please upload a picture of your design to the form titled "Custom Neon Sign Quote" above and  we can provide you with a quote.

5) How soon do I need to order my custom neon sign?

Now. The sooner the better! Quotes are subject to change depending on your order timeframe (from quote received to order placed). Pricing is subject to change due to shipping rates and the cost of supplies varying. If you are in a time crunch, we recommend ordering your sign at least 2 months prior to your event. We can not guarantee your sign will arrive in time if your event is 1 month away.

6) What happens if my sign arrives damaged?

Although this rarely to never happens, if your sign arrives damaged please send us photos upon receiving your package. We have a one-year warranty and will gladly replace it with a new sign.
