1) How do I place an order?

It's super easy! Fill out the form titled "Event Inquiry Form" on our home page. 

2) What are your marquee letters/numbers made of?

All of our marquee letters, numbers, and symbols are made of high-quality galvanized steel. All light letters, numbers, and symbols have LED lighting. 

3) Do your marquee letters need a source of electricity to light up?

Yes, in order to rent our letters, we need an electrical outlet within at least 30ft. Each letter has its own plug and some are connected together and plugged into an extension cord to an outlet.

4) Is a deposit required to rent your letters?

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to hold your date. The deposit will go towards towards the full rental cost. This secures your rented items to make sure they are not rented by anyone else that day for your event.


5) Can your letters be installed outside?

Yes, they can be installed outside. If rain is in the forecast, the client must have an indoor backup plan. Letters are not to be left in the rain uncovered under any circumstance. Letters are also not to be left outside overnight under any circumstances.

6) What does your rental price include?

The rental price includes selected letters, delivery, set up, pick up, and tax. Any locations outside of the 20-mile radius will incur an a travel fee. 

7) Can we pick up the letters from you to bring to our event?

Yes, we allow client pick up/drop off. We are located in East Bernard, TX.
